GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of North Carolina as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in North Carolina. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be New Hanover County, North Carolina.
SEVERABILITY
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT/WAIVER
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Life Camp International pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us pertaining to the Site and Service. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Life Camp International shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by us.
SERVICES
LIFE CAMP INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT PROVIDE THERAPY, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES OR HEALTH CARE SERVICES
Although Meagan “Star” Rose Bond is a licensed provider, she is not providing therapy, mental health services, or health care services;
Although Meagan “Star” Rose Bond is not providing mental health services, she is still obligated to follow the laws and rules of North Carolina state licensing board;
AlthoughMeagan “Star” Rose Bond will honor a client's confidentiality to the extent allowed by law, coaching clients may not be afforded the same legal rights to confidentiality as therapy clients.
Meagan “Star” Rose Bond is a board certified licensed psychotherapist in the state of North Carolina however operates as a coach and consultant in her private practice and in all Life Camp International related programming.

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and properly addressed as follows:

USE OF HEADINGS
The subject headings of the paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.
TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
You are purchasing access for one (1) person to Life Camp (referred to below as the “Life Camp Product,” the “Life Camp Program,” “Life Camp” or the “Course”) from Life Camp International, (the Company “we,” or “us”). You must be at least 17 years of age or older to purchase access to the Life Camp Product. Children under the age of majority should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian.
The Life Camp Product includes live course access, course content and materials, other information and materials furnished by us (collectively, “Content”) and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Site”). By purchasing access to the Life Camp Product, you and the us/we hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Life Camp Product and that form a legal agreement between you and us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.
THE SECTIONS BELOW TITLED “BINDING ARBITRATION” AND “CLASS ACTION WAIVER” CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THEM.
PAYMENT POLICY
You are responsible to pay for the Life Camp International Product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.
